As the challenges for Catholic Education continue to mount long term viability for our schools is dependent on providing a transformational educational experience that models the best aspects of customer service utilized in the business world.  This session will not only explore how to implement those techniques in our advancement/enrollment management efforts, but will also highlight the importance of a customer service mindset for the entire school community – and how to instill it in every staff member.
