With more than 30 years of experience in marketing and management of non-profit organizations, Kathy Link brings her ability to be a focused, energetic problem solver to the Partners in Mission team. Her extensive experience in both enrollment management and advancement – at the elementary and secondary levels – gives her the broad view of how these important revenue drivers work together to lead Catholic schools to sustainability.

Kathy has worked at and with Catholic schools for 15 years, 9 of which have been in a consulting capacity. Prior to joining Partners in Mission, Kathy was Senior Director of Schools for the Healey Education Foundation where she was instrumental in codifying and introducing the enrollment management methodology. A national conference and webinar presenter, Kathy is passionate about sharing best practices, proven methods, and creative ideas. She earned her MBA from Lehigh University, and a BA in Management, magna cum laude, from DeSales University.
